Refund & Return Policy

Because we provide digital services and custom work, refunds are subject to the following:

1. Refunds

• Refunds may only be issued if:

• Work has not started yet.

• The client cancels within 24 hours of purchase.

• A technical error on our side prevents project delivery.

• Partial refunds may apply for unused hours in prepaid packages.

2. No Refunds For:

​

• Services already rendered.

• Completed design/development work.
